- Bifidobacterium Lactis B-420
- Lactobacillus Rhamnosus HN001

- Bifidobacterium Lactis BL-04

How to manage my subscription?

We suggest that you take one Routine capsule per day, at any time of the day. Routine is made with a special delayed-release capsule, therefore it can be taken whenever you want, before or after meals without affecting efficiency. If it's your first time taking probiotics, take it just before a meal for a smoother transition.

When should I take Routine?

Routine is shelf stable at room temperature and doesn't need to be refrigerated. 

However, if you purchase a multi-month package, you can keep the extra months refrigerated for optimal freshness especially if you live in a warm or very humid environment.

The probiotics are also stored in a controlled temperature warehouse.

Do I need to keep Routine refrigerated?

Clinical studies show that probiotics and all Routine ingredients are considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. You can always seek advice from your healthcare practitioner for more advice.
